Fairbanks Scales Tenant Finish

Founded in 1830, Fairbanks Scales is one of the oldest industrial manufacturing corporations in the United States. Their previous corporate office in downtown Kansas City had their team spread across multiple floors, limiting interaction between departments. Their new single-story space features multiple common areas and a large lounge to encourage and accomodate interaction. Positioned just inside the front lobby, the Heritage Room features scales and artifacts that showcase the company's legacy. Additional historic pieces are spread throughout the office, adding a personal touch.
